Full priced clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags on to be accepted as a return. Items must be returned within 7 days for a full refund and within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, bralettes, panties, etc.), handbags, beauty, home goods, paper goods and sale items are final sale.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days, no exceptions will be made. Refunds take 2-10 days.
Only store credit or exchanges offered for gifts, unless original form of purchase is presented by buyer before or on the 7th day. Items must be returned to store (in person or postmarked by return date) within 14 days of purchase with receipt for a store credit or exchange.
